About Joe Incrocci

For more than 50 years, Joe Incrocci has been building, running, acquiring, and transforming companies—and helping other leaders do the same. He has built and sold businesses that scaled past $100 million in revenue, held executive and board-level roles within billion-dollar enterprises, and consulted for firms ranging from $5 million to $350 million in size. From founder to Fortune 500 adviser to published author, he’s lived the same challenges his clients face, and he knows how to turn obstacles into profits, growth, and lasting business value.

A Career Built on Results

“I treat every client’s business as if it were my own company, with my name on the door. I do whatever it takes, no matter how much time or effort, to get the job done.”

At the start of his career, Joe built and sold multiple lighting companies from the ground up, leading one to $120 million in sales and 15% operating profit. Since those early days, he has branched out and personally led or guided businesses across sectors to financial success, including more than 70 successful M&A and related transactions worth billions of dollars in aggregate. His clients, regardless of size, industry, or circumstance, routinely achieve seven-figure performance improvements, whether by eliminating multi-million-dollar losses or adding millions in new profit.

Relentless Drive and Real-World Discipline

“The military taught me the importance of never giving up. I don’t know many companies whose success is due to the founder’s brilliance. I know many where it’s due to relentless, tireless effort.”

Joe brings an unrelenting drive for improvement to everything he does. Whether leading a business turnaround, closing an acquisition, or earning a third-degree black belt in Hap-ki-do at age 65 (fighting off two Korean masters to do so!), he approaches every challenge with the same intensity, focus, and “never-say-die” attitude he brings to his client engagements. That martial-arts mindset, including perseverance, preparation, and control under pressure, has shaped his entire philosophy of business leadership. Joe’s approach is to turn all strategies into concrete, conquerable, and actionable tasks. Joe works with his sleeves rolled up and is involved from planning to execution.
